Product attachments
Spec decks, install videos, third-party certs, and datasheets — registered per product line. Approved letters can bundle these as a single .zip kit for the customer to hand to their internal teams.
Tip — Certs vs Attachments: The cert kind here is for one-off certification PDFs tied to a product ref.
For compliance certificates that need expiry tracking, renewal alerts, and automatic kit inclusion, register them in Certificates instead —
they link directly to product refs without a separate attachment row.
Documents intended to train the AI (not be bundled) belong in Upload.
